Soal Wellness

Soal Wellness is a functional medicine practice that focuses on hormone balance, metabolic health and root-cause care. Its main offerings include hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause, medical weight loss, functional medicine evaluations, and primary care. Care is built around a 60-minute initial evaluation and a personalized plan drawn from the patient's own baseline data.

New patients start with a free 15-minute Foundation Call with the clinical team to decide whether the practice is a good fit. Founder Dr. Julie Hinman, DNP, is a nurse practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. The practice serves patients in Phoenix, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, with its office on North Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix.
