Phoenix General

Phoenix General is a retail brand selling apparel, skincare and fragrance, jewelry, home fragrance, candles, incense, greeting cards, and art prints. Its catalog includes items such as a duct tape tote, a duct tape tee, Palo Santo lotion, and Hinoki candles from outside brands. Much of the product line is sold under its own PHX GEN label.

The brand runs an online store that is open around the clock, with free shipping on domestic orders of $100 or more. Items sell out quickly, and several listed pieces were out of stock when the site was reviewed. The business also runs a wholesale channel and a newsletter for new and limited releases.
