Matchbox Event Co. is an Arizona wedding and event planning firm that handles full-blown celebrations from design through execution, with a focus on food, cocktails, timing and guest experience. Founder Natalia Ramos leads a small team that includes a client hospitality and design coordinator and a director of vendor partnerships and production. Services cover wedding planning, social event planning and corporate events.

The firm works with couples who want a well-planned day with room for spontaneity, and it has taken on coordination on short notice, including stepping in two weeks before a three-day event. Clients have come from across Arizona and as far as Palm Springs. Matchbox Event Co. is based at 1801 E Camelback Rd in Phoenix, and the team travels for events.
