Holistic Health is a practice run by Monica Hershaft, a holistic health practitioner and nutrition consultant who works with adults dealing with ongoing symptoms that standard labs haven't explained. The core service is an initial exam built on Functional Interference Testing, a muscle-testing based evaluation, followed by a customized naturopathic plan that combines nutrition, herbs, homeopathy and food-based supplements.

Visits are one-on-one and in person at the Tatum Boulevard office in Phoenix. A first appointment runs 60 to 90 minutes and costs $375, and weekly follow-up re-checks are $150 to $175, with supplements billed separately. Pre-pay packages and payment plans are available through PayPal and Affirm. The plans are built to have a defined end, with the goal of moving into maintenance on fewer supplements over time.
