Custom Home Builders of Arizona

Furcini Construction builds custom homes and luxury residences around the Phoenix area, with new home construction at the center of the work. The firm also remodels bathrooms, showers and kitchens, and its design-build approach pairs each client with a team of architects. James Furcini, the founder and president, has led the company since 1978.

Projects begin with a free initial consultation, and the staff can give cost estimates before a design is final. Clients can choose a fixed price, a fixed fee or a cost-plus arrangement, and every phase of construction is reviewed as the work moves along. The company works mainly in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Arcadia, and takes projects across the wider Arizona area.
