CAS Chiropractic Center and CAS Medical Center have served Phoenix since the practice was founded in 1994 by Dr. Michael Castrichini and Dr. Christine Castrichini. Chiropractic care is the core of the practice, alongside laser therapy, spinal decompression, and manipulation under anesthesia for long-standing pain. Massage therapy, acupuncture, shockwave therapy and dry needling are also offered, with a focus on non-surgical pain management for back, neck, joint and sciatica complaints.

New patients book a first appointment, and existing patients can schedule follow-up visits. The team meets with each patient at the first visit to review past treatment and build a plan. The office accepts personal injury and workers' compensation claims as well as most group insurance plans, and it offers payment plans for patients who need them. The clinic is in Phoenix.
