The Philly Game Shop

The Philly Game Shop sells board games, trading card games, tabletop RPGs, gaming accessories and locally made geeky gifts. It also takes preorders for several trading card games, including Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon, Digimon, Lorcana, One Piece and Flesh and Blood, along with requests for books and board games. Magic: The Gathering draft and prerelease events are run through the shop, with seats saved by email or on Discord.

The shop is open daily, with hours running from midday into the evening and later on Fridays and Saturdays. Most of the inventory is also in its online store, and some games and books are sold only in the shop. The building has an ADA accessible entrance, aisles and restroom, and masks are available. Preorders are filled first come first served, and high-demand releases are announced on Discord. The shop is at 521-525 South 5th Street in Philadelphia.
