Malcolm Bros Roofing

Malcolm Bros Roofing is a roofing contractor that specializes in flat and low-slope roofs, a focus the company describes as intentional because many rowhouses, twins and commercial buildings in the area share that roof type. Work includes flat roof repair and replacement, rubber roof installation, modified bitumen and torch-down roofing, skylight installation and repair, and commercial roof maintenance and inspection. The company also handles pitched roofs and general roof repair and replacement.

Neighbors can request a free estimate or a roof inspection by phone, and the company offers same-day emergency roof repair for storm damage or leaks. Online booking is available. The business is based at 3956 Lancelot Place in Philadelphia and serves Port Richmond, Fishtown, South Philadelphia, Kensington, Roxborough, Manayunk and other Northeast Philadelphia neighborhoods, taking select projects beyond that area.
