Bamboo Bistroo

Bamboo Bistro is an Asian restaurant known for its noodle and rice bowls, where diners pick a protein, a noodle or rice base, and a sauce. Signature dishes include Mongolian, Teriyaki, Sesame, Thai Basil and Spicy Jalapeno, along with Pad Thai, Lo Mein, Singapore Noodles and a range of spring rolls, egg rolls and soups. The Pflugerville location offers dine-in, carryout, drive-thru and delivery, and it also takes catering orders for offices and events. Hours run late, with the restaurant open past midnight most nights and carryout and delivery available into the early morning. Gift cards are sold in $25 to $100 amounts, and the restaurant also has a location on West Gate Blvd in South Austin.
