NONA

NONA is a health and wellness business that combines a cafe serving smoothies, acai bowls and coffee with a shop selling supplements, personal care products, apparel and gut health and fasting kits. Its products are built around what it calls the Thread of Life, a holistic approach to health that covers food, movement, sunlight and community. The brand also publishes a magazine, Fuel & Flow, with articles on fasting, nutrition and wellness.

Cafe orders can be placed ahead online for pickup, with pickup orders waiting in a dedicated fridge, or for delivery. Gift cards can be bought online and used for cafe orders or in store, though they cannot be applied to supplement purchases on the website. NONA has several locations in the Pewaukee, Delafield, Mequon, Elm Grove and Oconomowoc area of Wisconsin, each with its own hours and phone line.
