Physical Therapy

Align Physical Therapy is a locally owned physical therapy and rehabilitation practice with offices in Perryville and Elkton. The clinic offers hands-on treatment, individually designed programs and aquatic therapy at a dedicated aquatic therapy center, and it works with workers' compensation and auto accident cases.

Appointments are one hour long and one-on-one with a therapist, and the owners see patients at the first visit. The practice accepts most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross, Aetna and Medicare, and is accepting new patients. The Perryville office is in the Food Lion shopping center on Pulaski Highway, and the Elkton office sits behind Chili's on the same road.
