Lion's Share Company

Lion's Share Company is a group of mechanical contractors that handles HVAC, plumbing and piping, electrical, building automation and security systems for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Its member companies include Wadsworth Solutions, which designs and installs mechanical and environmental systems, and Warner Mechanical, which has nearly 100 years of experience in mechanical contracting and plumbing across Ohio. Their work ranges from new construction and design-build projects to ongoing maintenance.

Building owners can work with one contact for all of their mechanical systems instead of coordinating several contractors. Service is available around the clock, with more than 100 crews on the road for emergency repairs, routine maintenance and parts replacement. The company has offices in Perrysburg, Fremont, Valley View, Boardman and Lewis Center, Ohio.
