The Lake House Inn

The Lake House Inn is a wedding venue on the banks of Lake Nockamixon in Upper Bucks County, built around a historic inn that has been remodeled into a lakefront estate. Couples hold ceremonies and receptions in the lakeside ballroom and on the gardens, terraces and amphitheater, and the fourteen guest rooms keep the wedding party and out-of-town family together for the full weekend. Catering comes from Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group, the venue's exclusive partner, with menus built on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Wedding inquiries can be made by phone, email or through a form on the website, and the team aims to respond within 24 hours. Welcome cocktails, before and after parties and farewell brunches all take place on the same grounds. The inn sits beside nearly 6,000 acres of state park land, so the lake draws guests who want to fish, boat, hike or cross-country ski. Private tours can be arranged, and the property can host weddings of up to 300 guests.
