Salon Studios

Salon Studios leases private salon studios to licensed cosmetologists, aestheticians, nail techs and barbers who want to run their own business. Each studio is a personal space that the tenant can arrange around their own clientele, and tenants choose the products they carry and the schedule they keep.

Internet and utilities are included in the lease, and the building has on-site laundry and vending. Interested professionals can leave their name and contact details through the website, and the team gets back to them by phone or email. The studios are on North University Street in Peoria.
