P&W Builders

P&W Builders is a family-owned custom home builder serving Peoria and the surrounding areas of central Illinois since 1954. The company builds homes on a customer's own lot or in its subdivisions, and it can work from a client's own ideas or from a library of existing house plans. Its specialty is custom home construction from first design sketches through to handing over the keys. The company also sells lots in several area communities and handles general contracting work.

The firm offers free consultations by phone, and it designs homes with options such as step-free entryways, main-floor laundry, and wheelchair-accessible features for seniors. Its office is at 6222 West Plank Road in Peoria, and its subdivisions include communities in Peoria, Pekin, Dunlap, East Peoria, and other towns in the area.
