Midwest Wellness Lounge

Midwest Wellness Lounge offers more than ten therapies in one building on North Knoxville, pairing wellness sessions like infrared sauna, halotherapy and hydrogen inhalation with facials, body contouring and laser hair removal. Ozone therapy and cryo pain management are overseen by the on-staff Medical Director. Tracy, a former EMT with more than 25 years of experience, founded the lounge and runs the consultations herself.

Every plan starts with a free 30-minute consultation, and a sample visit called Zen for a Day lets newcomers try several modalities for $65. Reservations are recommended, and the lounge asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel, with a $50 fee for shorter notice. Arrive about 15 minutes early. Parking is directly outside the ground-level entrance, next to Stegers Furniture in Peoria.
