Horner's Appliance Repair Service

Horner's Appliance Repair Service has been fixing household appliances in Peoria since 1968. The work centers on washers and dryers, refrigerators, and ranges and ovens, and the shop services a wide range of major brands including Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, GE, Hotpoint and Frigidaire. Ken Horner, whose father started the business, does the in-home repairs himself and has factory training on several makes and models.

Repairs are done at the customer's home rather than in a shop. Free estimates are available by phone, text or email, and it helps to send the brand, model and a description of the problem, ideally with photos or a short video. The business also does dryer lint removal and vent cleaning, which it emphasizes as a fire-prevention measure. The office is on North Idaho Street in West Peoria.
