Holistic Alternatives

Holistic Alternatives focuses on nervous system regulation and holistic wellness, supporting clients through stress, trauma, inflammation and pain with targeted nutrition and emotional resetting. Its signature offering is the Raindrop Session, which combines specific techniques and essential oils applied to the feet, spine and back. Other services include Reiki, sound healing, hypnotherapy and regression, and cacao ceremonies.

Sessions can be held in person or by FaceTime, and one-on-one wellness coaching offers personal guidance and assignments for ongoing growth. Appointments are set up by texting the practice, and gift cards can be ordered online. Repeat clients can take advantage of bundles and discounts. The practice is based at The Holistic Health Center in Peoria and Towanda, Illinois.
