Hoerr Nursery

Hoerr Nursery is a family-owned garden center in Peoria that grows much of what it sells, with trees, shrubs, perennials, houseplants, mulch, sod and garden decor. The grounds also carry a gift shop, and the nursery offers landscape design and build, along with ongoing landscape care.

The nursery runs seasonal workshops for adults and kids, such as holiday porch pots and centerpiece classes, pressed flower pumpkins and kokedama houseplants, with sign-up through its website. Gift cards are available, including delivery with a personalized message. A second location, StoneMarket, sits a short distance away at 8120 N Shade Tree Drive and sells mulch, rock, sod and pavers. Both are on North Shade Tree Drive in Peoria.
