Hearth Restaurant

Hearth Restaurant is an American cuisine restaurant that works closely with local growers, using as much locally grown or raised produce and meats as the season allows. Its menus include a lunch menu, dinner menu and dessert menu, and the restaurant is known for its smoked beef brisket sandwich served on a toasted bun with grilled red bell peppers, onions and house made horseradish mayo.

The bar offers whiskey flights and signature cocktails, and the restaurant takes reservations and hosts private dining. Lunch is served Tuesday through Saturday and dinner Tuesday through Saturday evenings, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is at 4604 N. Prospect Road in Peoria Heights, Illinois, and is run by owner Hugh Higgins with his son Seth Higgins as executive chef.
