Ultimate Properties

Ultimate Properties is a family-run residential property management and real estate firm that has been in business since 1988. For owners of single-family rentals, the company handles marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, accounting and evictions. It also helps buyers and sellers and offers investment consulting. Mike Reid has been the sole owner since 1994, working alongside his wife, Vanessa, and the firm now has more than 15 employees.

The company says it manages over 1,000 single-family properties with about $600 million in assets. Owners and residents each have an online portal, and residents can pay rent through the site. The office is in Peoria, and the firm's work centers on the Phoenix metro area.
