Red Hawk Academy

Red Hawk Academy teaches MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and striking, including boxing and kickboxing, to beginners, kids and competitors. Its programs are built around everyday training as well as fight preparation, and the coaching focuses on technique, fight IQ and confidence.

The gym is a 12,000 square foot facility with a weight room and training space included with every membership, and it has an on-site coffee bar called The Java House that serves protein shakes, recovery drinks and lattes. New students can book a free trial class through the website. The academy is at 9850 W Peoria Ave in Peoria, serving the West Valley area of Phoenix.
