Element Carpet Cleaning

Element Carpet Cleaning is a small family-owned carpet cleaning business that also handles tile, grout and upholstery. Carpet work starts with a pretreatment and agitation step, then a rinse with a fiber rinse, using truck-mounted units. Tile and grout cleaning uses a tile spinner with hot water and fans for drying, and the company offers pet urine extraction that reaches into the carpet pad and subfloor. Stain removal is handled with several methods depending on whether the stain is natural or synthetic dye.

Appointments are set in advance with exact times, and the company offers 24/7 flood water extraction for emergencies like a broken water heater, though it does not do water damage or mold remediation itself. The owner, Gary, typically does the work personally. The business is based in Peoria in the Northwest Valley and says it also serves Sun City, Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise and other nearby towns.
