Fresh Gulf seafood cooked to order since the 1950s14340 Innerarity Point Rd, Pensacola, FL

The Point is a waterfront seafood restaurant on Innerarity Point Road, known for fresh Gulf catch prepared to order. Signature items include hand-picked crab claws, royal red shrimp, blackened grouper, fried mullet, and oysters, plus a seafood platter and a fried cheesecake for dessert. Land dishes like a ribeye, pork chop and country fried steak are on the menu too.
The restaurant has been a Perdido landmark since the 1950s, when it began as the first grocery store on the Key, and it has been run by the Waller family since 2015. Guests can sit inside or under the string lights in the Courtyard, where the house bluegrass band Bubba N' Them plays regularly. Free parking is on site, with overflow across the street, and the kitchen takes phone orders for pickup. Market-priced items change daily, so ask about the fresh catch before ordering.
