Bay to Bay Builders inc

Bay to Bay Builders is a general contractor working on both residential and commercial projects, with kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, exterior siding and trim, painting, drywall, and concrete work among its core services. The company was founded in 2004 by Kevin Simmonds, who came to contracting after years of carpentry, superintendent, and project management work.

Projects can start quickly because the company keeps only four to five active jobs at a time, and most builds are finished within about six months. Crews are covered by workers' compensation insurance. The office is in Penngrove, in Sonoma County, and the company serves communities across California. Office hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, and the business is also known for work that meets WUI fire-safety and Title 24 energy rules.
