Kelley Construction Contractors, Inc.

Kelley Construction is a family-owned general contractor serving homeowners and businesses across Peoria and Central Illinois since 1994. Residential work covers roofing, siding, windows, decks, room additions, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling, plus foundation repair and basement waterproofing. Commercial jobs include roofing, exteriors, and interior buildouts.

Every project starts with a visual design of the finished work so clients approve a plan before construction begins. Free estimates and consultations are offered, and the company handles permits, materials, and cleanup itself. Projects come with a 1-year workmanship warranty, and roofs carry a 5-year warranty. The Pekin office is at the company's main location, with other offices in Peoria and Normal.
