Denzal Construction

DenZal Construction is a custom home builder in Northeastern Pennsylvania, founded by Chris and Ryan, two local tradesmen. The company builds custom homes and model homes, using a fixed-price contract and a 4-step process from a free consultation through to keys in hand. It also does renovations such as kitchen and bath remodels, room additions, exterior work, and whole-home gut renovations.

The first step is a free consultation with Chris or Ryan, who handle client calls directly rather than passing them to a project manager. The company publishes free building and renovation cost guides, and serves Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne, Susquehanna, Monroe and Wyoming counties. The office is at 466 N Main St in Eynon.
