White Rock Custom Homes

White Rock Custom Homes designs and builds custom homes, from first plans through move-in day. The company is known for barndominiums and modern farmhouse plans, and it also builds steel and metal buildings. Each home is shaped around the owner's style, using a range of building materials with green and LEED-minded practices where they fit.

When White Rock is also the builder, the design work is included at no charge, and free site visits and design consultations are offered. Owners receive weekly progress updates during construction and can get help with financing. Past clients often name owner Marty Shroyer as hands-on, fair and easy to work with. The company is based in Pearland, Texas.
