Square Business Boxing Gym

Square Business Boxing Gym offers private boxing training, with every session run one trainer to one partner. Sessions last 45 minutes to an hour and cover the fundamentals of boxing along with strength and conditioning, plyometrics and cardio. The trainer teaches students as young as five, and the gym works with beginners as well as professionals.

The gym is by appointment only, so reserve a time through the booking options or by phone before coming in. Payment is by cash or card, collected in person before sessions begin. Kids ages 5 to 11 need 120-inch hand wraps and 14-ounce gloves, and ages 12 and up need 180-inch wraps and 16-ounce gloves, both sold at Academy Sports and Dick's Sporting Goods. The gym is in Pearland, and visitors need to schedule a viewing first.
