Spacio.us

Spacio.us is a flexible workspace and event venue in Pearland, offering private offices of several sizes, hot desks for freelancers and mobile professionals, mailboxes with suite numbers and package handling, and a podcast studio that can be booked by the hour. The space is aimed at entrepreneurs, creatives and small teams, and the owners, Missy and Dave Graham, live in Pearland.

The building is open 24/7 for members, while staff are on site Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Event rooms are rented by the hour for meetings, trainings, birthday parties and fundraisers, and the on-site team can help with setup, A/V and logistics. The office is in Building 3 on Broadway Bend Drive, and a tour can be booked through the website.
