Ruff Bed & Breakfast

Ruff Bed & Breakfast is a small, privately owned dog boarding kennel in Pearland. Its owner, Donna Carbine, also breeds Boxers and Boston Terriers, and every dog is screened for compatibility and health before it stays. Boarding suites have a climate-controlled indoor area of about 5 by 5 feet with a large see-through doggie door leading to a run of 22 to 30 feet. Twelve feet of each run is covered, and the entire run is concrete.

Suites fill up quickly during the holidays, so booking ahead is a good idea. Inquiries go by text, call or email, and visits are by appointment only. Daycare is also offered. Drivers using GPS should go past Amoco Drive, which is a dead end, to reach County Road 175.
