McKinney Custom Pools

McKinney Custom Pools designs and builds luxury inground gunite pools, with spas, water features and outdoor living spaces shaped around each homeowner's style. The company began in 2003 as a landscaping and pool maintenance business and moved fully into custom pool construction in 2007, which is now its main work. It uses Hayward equipment and also takes on renovations of existing backyards.

Every project starts with an in-home design consultation, where pricing is laid out up front. Owner Jeremy McKinney oversees each build personally, and his wife Anya is usually the first contact for new clients. Homeowners can also build a poolscape wishlist or design a backyard online before asking for a quote. The business is based in Pearland and serves nearby towns including League City and Friendswood.
