Fun-Fair-Positive Soccer (FFPS)

Fun-Fair-Positive Soccer runs recreational youth soccer for kids ages 4 to 18, with a fall season, summer camps and a Challenger program for players with special needs. Games use five-a-side teams, so kids get more ball contact, and players rotate into every position. Teams are balanced and coed, and there are no tryouts or all-stars.

Games are played on Saturdays and practices meet once a week. The league organizes local leagues in many Houston-area communities, so most families play close to home without much travel. Coaches and parents receive training in positive encouragement, and every player gets a trophy. Fall dates run from October 10 through December 5, and a league hotline can connect families with the right local league.
