Berrett Home Services

Berrett Home Services is a family-owned pest control company that has been treating homes since 1999. Its general pest service covers ants, centipedes, earwigs, fruit flies, hornets, American roaches, scorpions, silverfish, spiders, wasps and yellow jackets, and it also offers German roach treatment, mosquito control, rodent, bed bug and bee work, termite protection and wood destroying organism reports for home sales.

Service is available the same day if you call by 2 p.m., and otherwise the next day. The company offers a four-month agreement rather than a one-time visit, though a one-time treatment is available for a higher price, and each treatment comes with a warranty. Its treatments are described as safe for pets and children. The office is at 1331 Broadway St in Pearland.
