Southside AMR & Health offers Advanced Muscle Reconditioning (AMR), a hands-on soft tissue therapy that works on muscle spasms the practice says are behind back, body and joint pain. Sessions are done skin on skin with lotion, with a top sheet for cover in a private room, and clients should expect soreness and possibly some bruising after early sessions. The practice also provides chiropractic care, including spinal adjustments and a palpation-based approach, and it often pairs AMR with adjustments for patients.

New patients start with a consult, exam, adjustment and a short AMR preview. Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, and packages and family plans are available. The office is at 401 Dividend Dr. in PTC, Georgia, and clients are asked to speak up during treatment so the pressure can be adjusted.
