Gatekeeper Property Management is the residential property management arm of Atlanta South Rental Homes, which has managed rental houses south of Atlanta since 1986. The company handles tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, accounting and owner reporting, and it coordinates maintenance through an in-house team and outside contractors. When a tenant falls behind or a lease ends badly, the staff also manages the eviction process.

Owners can book a free consultation to talk through rental income and property upkeep before signing on. Financial reports and direct deposits to owners are part of the service, and the company keeps a list of available rental homes, including pet-friendly houses and townhomes. The office is in Peachtree City, and the company serves owners and tenants across Fayette, Coweta, Henry and Clayton counties.
