SafeBasements Inc. manufactures basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space repair and concrete leveling systems. Its lineup includes the SafeEdge and SafeDrain systems, sump pumps, helical and push piers, dehumidifiers and vapor barriers. The company grew out of Trebil Foundation Systems, started by Jesse Trebil and his wife Lori, and describes itself as a family-owned business that has been waterproofing basements since the early 1970s.

The products are sold only to qualified contractors, so homeowners who want the system installed need to hire a local contractor who carries the line. The company says it gives its dealers training, marketing materials and ongoing product research. Its office is in Paynesville and is open weekdays, with the office closed on weekends.
