Hangry Kitchen

Hangry Kitchen is a seasonal New American bistro run by Top Chef alum Stacy Deetz, who trained in culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Providence. The menu changes weekly and leans on locally sourced ingredients, with a long list of Rhode Island farms, fishers, cheesemongers and breweries named as suppliers. Stacy also wrote the cookbook "The New New England Cookbook."

The dining room seats about 35, so reservations are recommended and can be made by phone or email or through Resy. Parties of six or more are asked to pay a $10 per person deposit, which is applied to the final bill. Takeout is available, and gift cards work for dining in or ordering online. Parking is on the street and in the Coastal Parking lot next door.
