Park Ridge Massage & Wellness

Park Ridge Massage & Wellness offers massage treatments built around each client's needs, with a signature full-body massage, prenatal massage for expecting mothers, and cupping for circulation and muscle tension. The practice works with athletes, people managing chronic pain, busy professionals and marathon or triathlon trainees, and the massage therapist, Mandy, has more than 15 years of experience and several hundred hours of continuing education in therapeutic massage.

Appointments are booked online through the website or by phone, and gift certificates are available. Hours run most weekdays into the evening, with shorter hours on Fridays. The studio is at 422 N. Northwest Hwy in Park Ridge, in suite B4.
