Moonshot CrossFit

Moonshot CrossFit is a CrossFit gym that welcomes beginners as well as experienced athletes, with expert-coached group classes, personal training, and youth programs for kids ages 5 to 10 and teens ages 11 to 18. Coaches scale every workout to each member's level, and the gym recently added Hyrox training classes covering the race stations.

New members can book a free one-on-one intro session to tour the gym and talk through goals with a coach, with no workout or sales pitch involved. Drop-ins are welcome, and the gym is less than 10 minutes from O'Hare Airport. Moonshot shares its building at 542 Busse Hwy in Park Ridge with Moonshot Medical and Performance, which offers on-site physical therapy and performance medicine.
