Bacio Catering

Bacio Catering is a chef-owned caterer in Palmyra run by Chef Robert Minniti and his wife, Pamela. Chef Robert personally handles every order and builds each menu around the client's needs and budget. He trained at the Culinary Institute of America and spent about 20 years running fine dining kitchens before starting the catering business. The menu covers pasta entrees, flatbreads and specialty pizzas, hoagies, wraps and panini, appetizers, salads and desserts.

Bacio takes on weddings, banquet receptions, corporate events, funeral luncheons and Thanksgiving dinners, and can supply servers, chefs and bartenders along with local delivery, setup and rentals. The restaurant also offers a private tasting experience for groups of at least 12, and its dining room can be booked for private parties of 25 to 45 guests.
