Redefined Food Co

Redefined Food Co is a meal prep service and dine-in kitchen in Palm Coast, focused on fresh, healthy food. Its weekly meal prep subscriptions rotate menus built around a range of dietary preferences. Dine-in favorites include smash burgers made with Angus beef and served with pickle fries, street tacos with slow-roasted brisket or shredded chicken, and healthy wraps.

The kitchen serves lunch and dinner most days and is closed on Sundays, though hours can shift during events at the Southern Recreation Center. You will find it inside that recreation center on Belle Terre Parkway. Subscription menus change every week, and the dine-in and catering menus are updated regularly. Customers can also order online.
