Hot Yoga Lounge Palm Coast

Hot Yoga Lounge Palm Coast teaches heated yoga classes, along with themed workshops such as arm balance clinics, chakra balancing and frequency flow classes. The studio also runs 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs for students who want to teach.

Drop-in classes and workshops range from about $10 to $20. A new student special gives Flagler, Volusia and St. John's County residents 26 consecutive days for $26, purchased in person at the studio. Private and group private sessions are available, and kids yoga is offered at the Ormond Beach and Flagler Beach studios. Zoom classes are also available. The Palm Coast studio is one of three, with sister locations in Ormond Beach and Flagler Beach.
