AK Certified Roofing

AK Certified Roofing is a family-owned roofing contractor that repairs and replaces shingle, tile, metal and flat roofs, and handles storm damage inspections and some commercial low-slope work. The company is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor and has been operating since 2017.

Roof repairs start with finding the source of a leak, and replacement quotes are explained in writing before work begins. The crew photographs key details such as underlayment and flashing before they are covered, and homeowners receive a photo record of the finished roof. Written repair and replacement estimates are free, and signed inspection reports for insurance or real estate closings cost a fee. The phone is answered 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. Service areas include Palm Coast, Flagler County, Volusia County and St. Johns County.
