Professional Management Group is a family-owned property management company serving the Lake of the Ozarks since 1985. It handles association management for condominiums, villa owners associations and subdivisions, along with management and long-term leasing for second-home and investment property owners. Its in-house maintenance department covers preventative maintenance programs, periodic property checks, winterization, leaf and snow removal, and a grounds crew for landscaping.

Owners and tenants can reach the company's 24-hour emergency service at any hour. Office hours are weekday mornings and afternoons, with Saturdays by appointment only. The office is on Osage Beach Parkway in Osage Beach, and for second-home owners, PMG sends a written report after each visit when repairs are recommended.
