Shell Realty is the independent brokerage of Michelle Cecchini, a REALTOR and Broker in Ormond Beach. She works with homeowners who are selling, buyers looking for an existing home, and buyers purchasing new construction. Her seller work centers on preparing a home before it goes on the market, through a Smart Sale Certified program and a 40-Point Home Readiness Review. She draws on more than 20 years of local experience, along with degrees in marketing and interior design.

Clients work directly with Michelle from the first conversation through closing rather than being handed to a team. For new construction, she represents the buyer rather than the builder's sales representative. Her service area covers Ormond Beach and nearby communities such as Hunters Ridge, Halifax Plantation and Plantation Bay. Consultations are arranged by appointment.
