Zaru

Zaru serves Sanuki-style udon, the thick wheat noodles from Japan's Kagawa region, made with a traditional approach and a focus on carefully chosen ingredients. The menu includes dishes like the Cold Nikutare Udon, topped with onsen egg, sliced beef, scallions, tempura flakes and nori, along with seasonal cocktails built on sake, such as the Shiso Sake and a fig-spiced drink.

Zaru is on East Colonial Drive in Orlando, with parking shared with Tien Hung Market and street parking nearby. The restaurant has been recognized with the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand award in its 2026 selection, and it runs a newsletter for updates. Private events are available.
