Theodora Uniken Venema

Theodora Uniken Venema is the principal and broker of Downtown Brokers LLC, a real estate brokerage in Orlando. She is known for site selection for franchises, especially private schools for ages 1 to 12, fast food chains and office franchises, and she focuses on bringing franchise companies from out of state, particularly the Northern and Western US, into Florida. Her firm also handles corporate relocations to Orlando and elsewhere in Florida, with work in New York and California markets as well. She is a Hall of Fame recipient from the National Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year by the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors.

Uniken Venema serves as a director on the board of the Women's Council of Realtors Orlando Regional and is active in local philanthropy, including Rotary, ballet and the Salvation Army. Downtown Brokers works with clients across Central Florida, and the office is located in Orlando.
