The Salt Room Orlando

The Salt Room Orlando is a salt therapy and wellness spa built around halotherapy, where dry salt particles are dispersed into the air in halogenerator rooms meant to resemble natural salt caves. Its menu also includes massage, skin care and facials, acupuncture, infrared sauna, red light therapy, vibrational sound therapy and colon hydrotherapy, and some massage sessions combine salt air with the treatment.

Salt sessions run up to 45 minutes and can be booked through the website or by phone. Single sessions, packs, unlimited memberships and family plans are offered, along with gift cards. Licensed massage therapists, licensed acupuncturists and an esthetician make up the team, and the therapy rooms use HEPA air filtration. Adults and children from one month old can take salt sessions.
