STEMMA

Stemma is a coffee shop and roaster in downtown Orlando that micro-roasts hand-selected, sustainably sourced coffee. The coffee comes from the family hacienda in Nicaragua, where the family has grown coffee for four generations, and the business is proudly female owned.

The shop sells its coffee by the bag as well as serving it in the cafe, and it also offers a wholesale program and a farm section on its site. Stemma describes its approach as hospitality-focused, with an emphasis on quality from ingredients through preparation and service, and on serving the Orlando community where it works.
